Q: What do I get for my money?

A: What you get from us is the part that you need, painted the color of your vehicle, and shipped directly to your home.

Q: How do you know what color to paint?

A: We ask that you please provide us your actual paint code.Your paint code can be found on the manufacturer sticker on your vehicle or you can call your local auto dealer and they can provide it.

Q: Where can I find my paint code? 

A: The most common place to find your paint code is on a sticker inside your drivers door jamb OR inside your glovebox compartment. If you cannot locate that, you can always call your local dealership with your VIN number and they will be able to decode it and provide your paint code for you, or you may view our guide via the link below.

Q: Does this part come painted?

A: Yes, all our parts are factory painted to match your vehicle's original factory color.

Q: How long does it take to arrive.

A: Usually about 10-15 business days. "business days" do not include weekends or major holidays. Once your order ships out, we will email you tracking information.
